March, 9th,
Today I’ll tell you about my husband, Y(仮名). He is an interesting guy.
Y(仮名) likes his work and he is vrey proud of his skillsa lot. Everyday he wakes up at 6:30am. The first thing he does in aeveryday is turn on the TV. He checks the weather forecast and has breakfast. He leaves home at 7:40. ,T then he starts his busy day.
He is a hardworking man but he also has many hobbies such as fishing, diving, and cooking.
Since he goes fishing almost every Sunday hecan gets lots of fish. His fisherman friend also gives him a lot of fish as well. He makes them into smoked-fish. To make them is a lot of work.
First he fillets thematin his small kitchen. He has his own kitchen just for only fish! And hHe dashes thethem with salt., Tthen he keeps them in the fridge for one night. The Nnext day he airdries them in the net. and Aafter that he smokes them. Everything about it goes He dow aloo of this after his work or at lunch time. These things makekeep him busy.
His smoked-fish is verytastygood. I know the secrets. He does every part of it very speedyquickly, because he likes to keep the fish fresh. He considers the weather, and how much salt should he put onto use. Ad adition he He knows a lot about fish. as well wWhen he makes them, he gives them to our daughter and friends as a giftgifts.
One day he got a phone call from an old lady.
She said.
“My daughter is a friend of yours. Ishared your had some of the smoked-fish with her you gave her and before. Iit was very good. I have good fish here where I live. Could you make them into smoked-fish?”
He was confused, but he couldn’t say no.
It was so much extra work for him. H,and Hehe didn’t like it but someone likes his fish, tThat idea made him happy and gave him energy to do it.
Surprisingly, the old lady’s fish was three times more than he expected. I couldn’t help laughing. Anyway he made it and sent themup to the old lady yesterday. I’m sure she was happy to get them.
I think he likes tomake himkeep himself busy and he enjoys his life.
